2. Services Description
Parch Hill provides personalized 1-to-1 tutoring services in Mathematics and English for students preparing for various examinations including 7+, 11+, SATs, and GCSEs. Our services include diagnostic assessments, individualized learning plans, and ongoing progress monitoring.
3. Registration and Enrollment
To enroll in our services:
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information
• You must complete a free diagnostic assessment
• You agree to our payment terms and conditions
• You consent to our data collection and usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule:
• Fees are payable in advance for the agreed period
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full
• Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to tutor illness or emergencies
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during all sessions. Disruptive behavior, disrespect towards tutors, or violation of our code of conduct may result in termination of services without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All learning materials, curriculum content, and teaching resources provided by Parch Hill are our intellectual property. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality education, Parch Hill cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or exam results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the tutoring agreement with written notice. Notice periods and refund eligibility will be determined based on the specific circumstances and our cancellation policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
